OEM/ODM Process

  • 1.Product requirements confirmation

    Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements, including product functions, specifications, performance, etc.

    2.Design and development

    According to the needs and requirements of customers, design and develop spray gun products that meet their requirements. This includes appearance design, structural design, etc.

    3.Sample production and confirmation

    According to the designed and developed products, samples are produced and provided to customers for confirmation. Customers can test and evaluate samples to ensure the product meets their requirements.

  • 4.Price negotiation and contract signing

    After sample confirmation, conduct price negotiation with the customer and finally reach an agreement. After that, sign the OEM/ODM contract to clarify the rights, responsibilities and cooperation details of both parties.

    5.Production and quality inspection

    According to the signed contract, mass production of spray gun will be carried out. During the production process, quality inspection and quality control are carried out to ensure that the quality of the products meets the standards.

  • 6.Packaging and delivery

    After completing the production of the spray gun, package the product and arrange delivery to the customer. Packaging is usually customized according to customer's requirements.

    7.After-sales service
